RCDD, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Kevin founded KTS, Inc. in 1985 and since that time has grown the company to be one of the most respected and sought after structured cabling, and technology companies in Boston area and throughout New England. Kevin’s strong belief in customer satisfaction, quality and respect for clients and employees alike as well as his strong leadership, coupled with the expertise he has garnered during his nearly 35 years in the industry, have been the contributing factors to the ongoing success of KTS and its highly regarded reputation. Kevin oversees all of the technical aspects of the business including major project management, design, estimating, staff development, safety, and quality assurance as well as strategic planning, and marketing and business development efforts.

Alan’s background of over 30 years in the telecommunications and structured cable industries enables him to produce estimates that are thorough, detailed and extremely accurate. Alan’s ability to read and decipher construction designs enables him to develop a corresponding detailed, easy to read estimate that incorporates the best vendors and solutions for our clients. Additionally, Alan’s BICSI RCDD certification coupled with his numerous product-related certifications ensures that KTS’s solutions respond to the technological needs of our customers and provide the best short and long-term value.
Project Manager, Field Supervisor
Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the KTS team not only in the area of project management, but also in the areas of project design, electrical and telecommunication PBX programming. During the course of his career, Bob has collaborated with a wide variety of customers of all sizes across all types of industries. As a result, he has practical knowledge of the best way to coordinate projects for the wide variety of customers served by KTS and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget. Bob is also our Chief QC Manager. Bob’s demeanor, coupled with his understanding of what it takes to exceed customers’ expectations when completing a project, makes him a project manager who is sought out by our most valued customers.
Dino, a BICSI Certified Fiber Installer, who has worked himself up through the ranks to become one of KTS’s top notch Project Managers has been associated with KTS since 1991. Dino’s daily responsibilities include project management, scheduling, and inventory control for major accounts. Dino currently serves as a project manager for a wide variety of high-profile customers. Dino holds certifications from many of the manufacturers offered by KTS and this coupled with his experience in the industry enables him to ensure that installations performed for customers are completed with strict adherence to all manufacturer requirements and standards.
Executive Administrator, Finance
Marcia joined KTS in 1988 in its very early stages. She has overall responsibility for all accounting functions, tax reporting, and financial reporting portion of the business, as well as overseeing the overall office operations of the firm. Marcia’s vast financial experience and common sense approach has made her a valuable asset to both KTS and our clients.
Director of Operations
Bob was with KTS (previously KevLar Communications) from 1986 to 1989 as a lead tech. He left the company and began his own, learning firsthand what it takes to quote, budget and manage projects of every size. He then went to work for Lucent Technologies/Avaya for 10 years. Positions ranged from distribution design, field service manager, and project manager national accounts. When KTS was looking for a Director of Operations, Bob’s name, much to the surprise and delight of the company, was on the short list. Soon after, Bob “came home to roost”. He is now Director of Operations, overseeing our 2 Project Managers, and acting as a 3rd when necessary. Not only is Bob responsible for each project we have, his other duties include reviewing and updating production policy, managing all operations and employee training. As one of the newest members of the team, the combination of his management skills and work ethics have proven to be a win-win situation for both customer and company.
