DESIGN
  • Assess the space, design the room, identify the all connectivity and technology requirements.
  • Deliverable includes design prints, specifications by component such as cameras and microphone design, automatic shading and/or lighting controls and quote.
INSTALL

Installation of your collaboration rooms include providing and installing state-of-the-art hardware and software for video and sound capabilities for high quality, secure and reliable collaboration. From small huddle rooms to large town hall type settings, your videoconferencing capabilities will be taken to a new level.

Below are typical components of a collaboration room:

  • Computer hardware and software
  • Wall video monitor(s), professional grade, heavy duty, with power supplies and heat dispersers
  • Speaker(s) or sound bars
  • Microphone(s) and conference phones
  • Camera(s), optional cameras with built-in technology to automatically follow the presenter around the room
  • Audio and visual compression hardware
  • Wiring, wall mounts, and connectivity to your network
  • Touchscreen display room controller
  • Automatic window shade controls
  • Light dimming controls
  • Wiring closet, if necessary
  • Installation includes programming and testing
  • Initial training on the system with ongoing training available as part of the service level agreement.
