The work we do is often in concert with other teams. Depending on the job, we could be subject to the overall project schedule managed by a general contractor with dozens of other subcontractors or we may be coordinating directly with IT and building management to sequence our work. We frequently phase and plan our work around the constraints of other parts of a project. No matter the situation, we are committed to leaving the site without a trace.

We’re proud of our team and the great work they do for our customers, but we understand that much of our work is in a mechanical closet, underground, in a ceiling or on a roof. The reality is that our work is not glamorous or highly visible.

Occasionally, though, our behind-the-scenes work gets noticed. One of our customers recently sent us an email after we completed a job. It was great for our team to be recognized for their hard work:

All of the KTS technicians are great to work with. They deal with last minute surprises and changes gracefully, no drama, and no one gets flustered, just professional courtesy and a healthy dose of ‘get the job done right’ attitude.

KTS as a whole consistently provides us with a speedy response to cabling requests on projects large or small and is flexible enough to adjust to the many scheduling changes that are forced on us by multitudes of circumstances. I appreciate that level of service and commitment.

Charles at a leading Boston hospital

These words reflect the values that our company was founded on, and almost 40 years later we still strive to exemplify these values every day with every customer.

Our work is behind the scenes, and our technicians work hard to leave no trace behind when they finish a job. We don’t expect to be acknowledged, but when we are it sure feels great. If we can be of service to your school or college campus, hospital, research lab or office, you can count on our proven, experienced team to do the job and do the job well. Contact us.
